They would not seat my family, which we only had three of us, for a six seat table, but had three others at a six seat table. Manager was a complete tool. Will never go there again, nor recommend the place. Ok food at best. Honest rating, I promise you!

This is a casual Chinese place with optional buffet style service. The servers were friendly and the atmosphere was bright and pleasant. We came at lunchtime on Easter Sunday so business was rather quiet. The food was pretty good (though not exceptional) but you do get a lot for the price, especially if you do the buffet. Overall this is a solid stop for casual Asian dining

Small shop that focuses on quality over variety. Daily lunch buffet is small but very good. Evening buffet the same but only Thursday - Sunday. I Like the menu items as well and their egg rolls are made in house. The business is ran with pride and it shows.

I ate here several times and liked it very much, until I tried the buffet and noticed they DO NOT properly clean their shrimp. There was an entire tray filled with unclean shrimp and I almost got sick realizing it. When I mean they are not cleaned, I mean they still have feces (small black vein) attatched to the body. I cannot go back due to this, as it is unnaceptable and just plain disgusting to not properly clean food before serving. Shame on you, Lucky Garden!

Really the only Chinese food I'll eat in Maine. So I have to be in the Augusta area to get my fix. The buffet is small, which is good because they are always delivering fresh food. Plus the location and view is fantastic.

Very tasty inexpensive lunch ! Friendly staff, the service was very good ! The food on the buffet was fresh,hot and eye appealing. I love the lemon chicken and Hot and Sour soup !!

Best Chinese food around! I've been coming here for a long time and not many other places compare to how good the food is. The buffet is also incredible. It may be on the smaller side, but it has great selection of foods that they do amazing. I highly recommend eating here!

Lunch buffet was only $8.50 - not a huge buffet but certainly plenty of variety. The food was super fresh and seemingly made in-house, far better than the standard fried Chinese food

Had the buffet last night. Sesame chicken very good, fried rice very nice and light, staff kept refilling chafing dishes with fresh, hot food. Waiter was great. Wish they had a dessert buffet.

Went here once. It was bad. The food was lukewarm and getting stale. The staff didn't seem to pay attention to what they were doing and the cost is ridiculous. If you want a good Chinese place, check out Amazing Garden on Western Avenue.

Stopped in by boat for a cocktail, pretty interesting decor for an asian restaurant in an old historic mill building. The place looks like an old barn with post and beam, and is actually leaning. But hey, it’s 100 years old and still standing so they did something right all those years ago!Cool vines growing inside that must of taken years to weave around the walls. Will be back next time I come through!

Best sesame chicken in New England! Their food is wonderful but that sesame chicken in the star, I'll drive an hour or so just to get some.

I love the fried rice here - has carrots, peas, onions, pork bits . . . Pretty and yummy. The atmosphere is calm and the location is perfect.

Amazing Chinese food! Definitely the best around, Its higher priced than other Chinese places in the area, but the food is always hot and fresh. Before covid they had a wonderful buffet. There were not many options but the buffet food was always freshly prepared, the area was kept clean, they kept everything stocked up, and it was a bargain! I hope they bring it back once the health crises is over.

This is been a favorite of my family for almost 20 years now. There's been many changes through the years, but the food has remained the same that we love. Feel a little guilty about leaving one star off. Frequenting this place for as long as we have, there's been some issues occasionally and in those instances they are poor on "making it right". I've never seen them take something off the bill.. or give someone a certificate for next time, that sort of thing. They treat your issue like it was a casual observance by you, rather than something they need to take action on. To be honest, there isn't much that ever needs any attention. I have never said "that was a waste of time/money", but rather always enjoyed taking my family here.

The food is tasty and prepared with care, the atmosphere is lovely and the friendly service is impeccable.

I have been going here my whole life. There is no reason to go anywhere else. Staff is awesome, food is exactly what you want out of chinese. They have always been super accommodating in regards to special diet needs. Decent vegetarian options also.

By far the best Chinese place around. Always so fresh and awesomely delicious! I would travel three hours just for a meal! 😋

Great service today from "Jlo". They don't have a lot of vegetarian options for their buffet so Jlo (nickname) our waitress ordered me some vegetarian egg rolls and rice. Making the buffet worth it. Food was delicious. And the service was fantastic!! Thank you!!

Food is good,it's only,call got take out.

The food we ordered had no flavor and the meats had very strange textures. My husband asked if the pork in the dumplings was liver. The waiter discouraged us from ordering the crispy duck because it took too long to prepare. We'll stick to going to Portland or Brunswick for real chinese food in the future.

The food is great, no soggy broccoli in their greens. The waiter we had was great and on top of it. We had the buffet but i want to try their other items when we go back. Worth it!
